岗位职责

1.负责确保所有的质量活动均依据规定的质量标准合理展开和落实,并对此进行监督,运用专业技术知识去识别、分析、评估并解决生产活动中遇到的各种问题;

2.生产全过程中的质量控制;

3.供应商质量控制;

4.客户投诉协调内部团队包括工程师,生产等部门调查客诉;

5.客户投诉处理。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上学历,工程背景优先;3 年以上的质量工程师工作经验;

2. 英文沟通能力优先;

3. 医疗行业骨科背景优先;ISO13485, 中国GMP,美国FDA背景优先;

4. 良好的沟通技巧,能够团队合作,并使团队有更高的效能;

5. 新项目初期适应工作压力。

岗位职责

1.~60% FP&A focused, and ~40% others as detailed below.Work scope can be adjusted depending on the strength and interest of the candidate;

2.Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for total company with Sales and R&D focused, Management Reporting and other data analysis to support management decision and drive business growth;

3.Assist with other Corporate Finance aspects including Finance Operations and Reporting, Internal Control, ERP Implementation, Treasury and Tax Planning;

4.Support Cash Flow Management, closely involved in future rounds of Financing activities;

5.Support financial modeling for new BD opportunities.

任职资格

1.Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management etc.Professional qualification CICPA, AICPA, ACCA etc. is a plus;

2.Work experience or internship with corporate finance/Big 4 is preferred;

3.Business level English fluency required (will support US team),Strong self motivation, ownership, and entrepreneurship;

4.Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint;

5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with business acumen,Able to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders and senior management.

3.与客户进行业务洽谈、价格谈判,合同签订及订单执行过程跟进;

5.招商渠道开发 1)负责区域经销商的开发与维护; 2)发掘新客户对其资料收集、整理、分析; 3)代理商的商务洽谈与合作、对代理商人员培训及指导; 4)配合经销商分销区域客户临床学术沟通、督促代理商完成销售指标。

任职资格

1.大专以上学历,市场营销和临床医学等相关专业优先;

2.五年年以上骨科关节器械销售工作经验;

3.掌握一定骨科器械相关专业知识,具有独立开发客户的能力且有出色的销售业绩;

4.具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,亲和力好,较强的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识。

岗位职责

1. Strategic researching and planning in order to enter key Asian Pacific Countries with consideration of market access challenges and opportunities, prioritize the key market initiatives to achieve rapid launch with efficiency new platform and extend the pipeline in strategy with our regional regulatory team;

2. Actively prospect to identify potential new customers by networking with managing directors, the various in market sales team and local distributors;

3. Attend to major Trade Show and conferences to identify potential new customers and develop network with countries strategic p artners and distributors;

4. Implementation of local Professional Education activities in direct partnership with the internal stakeholders based in the country;

5. Implement the regional marketing strategy and make sure the major countries develop the right servicing and maintenance infrastructure in their respective country.

任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of sales experiences by owning dedicated sales revenue based on P&L monitoring;

2. Solid experience in high value implants sales in health care environment;

3. Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi- thousand dollar large-scale deals;

4. Strong commercial leadership and motivation to sell medical device solution;

5.Expected to travel 50 % of the time.
